EU keeps door OPEN for ‘membership talks’ with Turkey despite REPEATED human rights abuses

EUROPEAN Union leaders have finished “tense” talks with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and have insisted he tackles the growing concern over human rights infringements but the bloc has still “left the door open” for future membership talks, it has been reported.
