TWO excellent lead performances elevate this handsome but very stuffy period drama set in the early 1960s. Golden Globe winner Saoirse Ronan and Dunkirk star Billy Howle are perfectly cast as virginal newlyweds Edward and Florence, two bright young things born too early for the sexual revolution.
