Pregnant Kate Middleton swaps £220 coat for sporty tracksuit on her Wimbledon visit

KATE MIDDLETON met a little girl with Cystic fibrosis outside Great Ormond Street Hospital today. The pregnant royal, 35, hid her baby bump in a £220 orange coat, as she received teddies from Ava Watt, aged nine. She later swapped into a tracksuit to visit Wimbledon.
