Queen Elizabeth II ‘amused’ Prince Philip with this rare break from tradition in Russia

QUEEN ELIZABETH, 93, and Prince Philip, 98, have had a life steeped in tradition as leading members of the British Royal Family. However, on one rare occasion, the Queen did make an exception during a royal tour to Russia and very much “amused” the Duke of Edinburgh.
