JUDY GARLAND would have been 100 today. Still most famous for The Wizard of Oz, the tragic star’s life was filled with heartache and pain and she defiantly said: “I wanted to believe and I tried my damnedest to believe in the rainbow that I tried to get over – and I couldn’t. SO WHAT?” Yet even her early teenage days on set as Dorothy were a “nightmare.”
