Cruise holidaymaker says they’ll never cruise to Venice again after port ‘chaos’

A cruise guest has said they won’t visit Venice again, after a “shambolic” journey to the historic canal city. Since Venice banned cruise ships from the lagoon, cruise guests often have to travel to the city from another port.
