Tapping Safari web links not working in iOS 9.3? Apple now has a fix for the glitch

IF YOU have been unable to tap or long-press any web links in Apple’s Safari web browser after updating your iPhone or iPad to iOS 9.3 – there is now an official fix. Safari would previously crash or hang when links were pressed, forcing Apple to push-out a new version of the update.
