Foster out-duels Vargas for vacant WBC super-featherweight crown

O'Shaquie Foster outboxed previously unbeaten two-division champion Rey Vargas on the way to a unanimous decision Saturday in their fight for the vacant World Boxing Council super-featherweight title.The WBC super-bantamweight champion from 2017 to 2019, Vargas had captured the WBC featherweight title last July at the Alamodome with a split decision over Filipino Mark Magsayo. bb/dh
