MELANIA TRUMP came back from a fashion scandal involving a jacket as she stepped out today in a shirt, pencil skirt and heels outfit to make a speech. The First Lady made her first appearance since she wore the jacket emblazoned with “I really don’t care, do u?” to visit an immigrant detention centre for children.
