Post Office refunds fee after couple are scammed by internet crooks

A couple’s computer problems suddenly became more complicated after a scammer inadvertently got access to their machine. But this is a case of where, after an unfortunate mistake, everyone worked together to repair the damage and ensure customers Terry and Rosemarie Fitt did not lose out.
