Universal Credit and PIP: Face-to-face health assessments suspended due to coronavirus

THE DEPARTMENT for Work and Pensions has announced that claimants on disability benefits will no longer be required to attend face-to-face assessments, amid the outbreak of coronavirus. The temporary measure due to the pandemic will also cover health checks for Universal Credit.
