Elvis Presley reference in Grease was filmed on the same day as his death

ELVIS PRESLEY was offered a spot in the hit 1978 movie Grease – but he turned it down. Just after he did, however, the star’s name was used in an iconic number, Look at Me I’m Sandra Dee, but on the day they filmed the scene, Elvis passed away.
