Bee Gee Maurice Gibb’s guitar on which he wrote Jive Talkin’ goes under the hammer

The guitar Bee Gees’ Maurice Gibb used to write the band’s 1975 breakthrough hit Jive Talkin’ is set to go under the hammer today. The Gibson J45 acoustic will be auctioned alongside Gibb’s unique 1968 Gibson EBS-1250 double-neck with each instrument expected to fetch in excess of £10,000.
