Benidorm bar owner says Spain’s holiday rules not helping trade – ‘It’s a ghost town’

SPAIN has opened its borders to UK tourists today, but expats living in Benidorm say that the city is still “a ghost town”. From today, Britons going to Spain don’t need to provide a Covid-19 test to enter the country.
