California declares state of EMERGENCY as Pawnee Fire DEVASTATES Lake County

CALIFORNIA has declared a state of emergency for Lake County due to the effects of the Pawnee Fire which has destroyed homes, threatened critical infrastructure, caused power outages and prompted the evacuation of residents.
