Elvis fought to record iconic song and made incredible tear-jerking change to the lyrics

ELVIS PRESLEY fought his manager and record company who tried to stop him from recording one of his most iconic songs. When he changed the ending even the composer admitted “there wasn’t a dry eye in the house” although he wished the star had sung the chorus differently!
