JUST when it began to look as if Marvel was becoming too much of a comic-book movie machine along came the rowdy, raucous, Guardians Of The Galaxy in 2014, a rock ’n’ roll-infused space opera with a movie novice in the lead, Chris Pratt, and a cast of oddballs including a querulous racoon and a talking tree stump, Groot .
