George RR Martin: Hugo Awards viewers deem author’s ‘mispronunciation of names’ ‘RACIST’

GEORGE RR MARTIN was this year’s toastmaster at the 78th Annual Hugo Awards Ceremony, in which he announced the winning authors of the best books of the past 12 months – unfortunately, the A Song of Ice and Fire author has now come under fire for “mispronouncing names” throughout the ceremony, and referencing a noted racist from literature history.
