ACTRESS and wife to Doctor Who actor David Tennant, Georgia Tennant has in recent years used her platform to encourage women to take a smear test after she was diagnosed with cervical cancer back in 2018. Now, in light of Cervical Screening Awareness Week which runs from the 20th-26th June, here we take a look at how a simple smear test helped to save the star’s life.
