The International Olympic Committee on Thursday withdrew its recognition of boxing's governing body, the IBA, but said the sport would be on the programme at the 2024 and 2028 Games in Paris and Los Angeles.De Kepper said he "guarantees" boxing will also be on the programme for the Los Angeles Games in 2028.
