Kate Middleton opts for VERY unusual look in blue cape style dress during Belfast visit

KATE MIDDLETON and Prince William are currently in Belfast, during a two day visit to Northern Ireland. Today, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a pale blue dress which featured cape shoulders as she visited the charity Cinemagic.
