Man plunges to his death from 39th floor of London tower block

A 26-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after falling from a building in the capital’s Canary Wharf. In a separate incident around the same time, a 14-year-old boy was stabbed a short distance away outside a Docklands Light railway station.
