MELANIA TRUMP, 49, and Donald Trump, 72, met with Emperor Naruhito of Japan in Tokyo today on the third day of their state visit. Trump is the first foreign leader to meet the new Emperor. Melania wore a £5,847 white Carolina Herrera dress for the occasion.
