NatWest banking outage: hundreds of customers unable to login to iPhone app

NATWEST customers across the UK are experiencing issues with the iPhone version of the banking app. According to frustrated customers, the iOS app will load the Natwest logo, check their identity using Face ID, then immediately crash – leaving them unable to check their bank balance, upcoming direct debits, and more.
