PARIS has been at the centre of violent protests from campaigners dubbed Les Gilets Jaunes, or yellow vests, for months. The violence, which usually takes place every Saturday, escalated this week in shock scenes which saw police forced to deploy chemical gas to disperse crowds at the Arc De Triomph. But with the acceleration of the demonstrations, is Paris safe for Britons to travel to?
