Teenage girl develops appendicitis after holding in farts around boyfriend for two years

A YOUNG woman, teary-eyed and in excruciating pain, was referred by a medical doctor straight to hospital. It was there she learned that she had appendicitis – a condition the 19-year-old reckons was caused by holding in her farts.
