Tory backbencher launches bloodless coup as he plots with Labour to thwart Boris’s plan

BACKBENCH Tory MP Julian Lewis has been elected as the chair of Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee after launching a coup with the help of Labour to thwart Boris Johnson’s choice, Chris Grayling, from taking on the role.
