Universal Credit rules not ‘fit for real life’ – DWP urged to stop ‘irreparable scarring’

UNIVERSAL credit became crucial for many people over the last year or so as the pandemic hit the economy and rendered thousands unemployed. However, Citizens Advice has urged the Government to upend the system which it argues is not “fit for real life”.
