Vanguard launch a new low cost pension – is it really the cheapest option?

PENSIONS come in many forms, with some coming from the state and others being set up personally. Self Invested Personal Pensions are a popular option for people due to their ease of use and relatively wide range of options. Vanguard, the investment and account management firm, have just launched their own SIPP which is being touted as the lowest cost SIPP on the market for the average British pension holder.
