How a little wine, sleep and exercise fights Alzheimer’s

A COMBINATION of sleep, exercise and a small amount of alcohol could help keep Alzheimer’s disease at bay, research revealed yesterday. Scientists have discovered that a good night’s rest, increasing heart rate through exercise and 25ml of wine per day can help stimulate the brain’s own cleaning system.
