Mortgage free couple bought caravan park for £90,000

Jon and Emilie James sold their home for £132,000 and moved into a three-acre abandoned caravan park in Llanelli, south Wales. Their ambition is to live ‘within their means’ and eventually to turn it into a countryside retreat, although the move has had its complications.
