Weight Loss And Diet Tips From A Normal Person Who Has Actually Done It
Weight loss tips are tossed about like crazy but how many people do you know that have actually done it and stuck with it successfully? (Keep in mind I’m not a health expert and this is only my personal experience.)
In a related report by The Inquisitr, some supposed weight loss gurus are recommending the Venus Factor, but some wonder if it’s legit in the first place. Also, if you’re considering surgery for weight loss know that most health insurance plans do not cover that option.
The very first weight loss tip I can give you is to make a plan and figure out a way to keep your in check. To do this I personally used an Android app called Noom Coach that helps you track the calories from the food you eat. While it takes a little time to set it up at first, eventually you’ll get to the point where you can program in your meals quickly and make sure you’re not eating too much.
That brings me to the second weight loss tip that worked for me. Don’t starve yourself. If anything, since you should be exercising during this time you should be eating more often. The key is to eat smaller portions many times throughout the day. I also tried to not eat later than two to three hours before I planned on sleeping.
The third weight loss tip I can give you is based upon your time. Many Americans are busy and daily weight loss exercise programs can literally eat up hours of each day. Who has time for all that nowadays? So I’d suggest looking for the P90X3 program. It’s designed for people just like you and me who don’t have the time for hour plus jogs. Just keep in mind they managed to smash the program into 30 minutes by increasing the intensity. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up at first. Just do what you can and pause the DVD and take stretching and water breaks if you need to. If you keep up with it eventually you’ll be amazed at what your body can do for you.
Lastly, when you’re watching your weight loss with the scale keep in mind that a healthy rate is to only lose a pound or two a week at most. Unfortunately, this is where commitment comes in to play and you’ll have to dig deep to keep going during these long months. Just know it will be worth it in the end!
